Siena Sofia Bergt
Siena Sofia Bergt is a filmmaker and writer from Agua Fría, New Mexico. They made their horror feature debut OPIA while studying film at Columbia University in the City of New York, becoming the first student in the school’s history to complete a feature as an undergraduate. They then returned to Santa Fe in 2018 and have been immersed in New Mexico’s independent film scene ever since, both as a writer/director/producer and as a member of George R.R. Martin’s Highgarden Entertainment team. When not working on her second feature RADON’S DAUGHTERS, Siena can be found writing award-winning film analysis, moderating panels for the Santa Fe International Film Festival (SFiFF), moonlighting as a film journalist, and obsessively watching Roger Corman movies with her black cat.
